Shipping policy

Section Orders placed by 2:00 PM on weekdays through our website or any marketplace where the seller is Section are delivered to the courier company we have an agreement with on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered to the courier company on the following business day.

Since Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days, orders placed on these days may be postponed to the following business day. A similar procedure applies on half-day holidays. Since there may be congestion at courier companies after public holidays, delays may occur. When you encounter such a situation, you can send us an e-mail at destek@section.gg. Our relevant colleagues will get in touch with the courier company we have an agreement with and respond to you as soon as possible.

When your order is shipped, the tracking number is usually sent to the e-mail address registered in our system on the same day or the following morning. The delivery time throughout Turkey is generally 1-3 business days. However, these times may vary depending on your region. If your shipment cannot be delivered to you, or is returned even though you are at your address, you can contact us at the destek@section.gg e-mail address to resolve the issue.
