Section Affiliate Program

1. Independent Partner Status

Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Section. Affiliates act as independent business partners and are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on eligible net sales made through their personal referral link or discount code.

• Commission rates are set solely by Section and may change based on performance.
• Refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions may be excluded from commission calculations.
• Only referrals properly tracked by the system are eligible for commission.

3. Payment Terms

• Commission payments are made monthly via the designated payment method.
• Payments are issued for approved earnings from the previous month.
• A minimum payout threshold may apply.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Acceptable Promotion Methods

Affiliates must represent the Section brand in a professional and ethical manner. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Making misleading or false statements about Section or its services.
• Using spam, deceptive advertising, or abusive promotion methods.
• Using or modifying Section brand materials without authorization.

Violations may result in account suspension, removal from the program, or cancellation of unpaid commissions.

5. Termination of the Program

Section reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s account with or without notice.

• Affiliates removed for a policy violation may forfeit their unpaid commissions.
• In the event the Program is fully discontinued, valid earned commissions will be paid out.

6. Changes to the Terms

Section reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates who continue in the Program are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
